Underwater Diving and Treasure Hunting<\/h3>\n

Lake Kipawa, with its deep clear water, is a popular diving destination. Diving Kipawa\u2019s depths, you may come across one of the many large lake boats that have gone down in these waters, or discover a little bit of history finding artifacts that belonged to the Algonquin Indians who paddled Lake Kipawa in the 18th and 19th centuries.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Public dock, boat ramp and park<\/h3>\n

The Village of Laniel has public boat launching and parking facilities for visitors needing access to Lake Kipawa. Picnic tables, toilettes and a 30\u2032 x 30\u2032 pavillion for diverse activities, is available near-by, where you can enjoy a lunch. Cross-Country skiing and snowshoes<\/h3>\n

Laniel has 15 km of cross-county ski trails through a magnificent cedar forest, for use by beginner, intermediate and expert skiers. Shelters have been installed along the trail for your convenience.<\/p>\n
